By accessing or using the Rai Computer website and services you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Rai Computer is a proprietorship registered under GSTIN 27AGEPR6531K1Z1, with its principal place of business at Grant Road, Mumbai 400007. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” mean Rai Computer.

We offer:

• Doorstep computer service, repair and annual maintenance contracts (AMC)
• Custom PC and workstation builds
• Rare and obsolete parts sourcing
• Partner programme for resellers, freelancers and service providers

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

• Submitting a booking form constitutes a request, not a confirmed appointment. We confirm visits by phone or WhatsApp.
• Quotes for repairs, parts or AMC are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of GST unless explicitly marked otherwise.

• Partner accounts are subject to approval. We reserve the right to reject or terminate any partnership at our discretion.
• Partners must provide accurate business information and keep their profile up to date.
• Referral commissions or revenue-sharing terms, if any, are communicated separately and are not part of these general terms.

All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, images and software — is the property of Rai Computer or its licensors and is protected by Indian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

When you upload photos or descriptions through our forms, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your service request. We will not use your photos for marketing without separate permission.

• Services are provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
• We are not liable for data loss resulting from hardware failure. We recommend maintaining your own backups before any service visit.

• New parts carry the manufacturer’s warranty. We assist with claims but the warranty is between you and the manufacturer.
• Refurbished / sourced parts are sold with a clearly stated condition grade. Unless a specific warranty period is mentioned on the quote, refurbished parts are sold as-is after bench testing.

We accept cash, UPI, bank transfer, and select online payment methods. Payment is due on completion of service unless a separate agreement (e.g. AMC contract) provides otherwise.

• You may cancel a booking before an engineer is dispatched at no charge.
• If an engineer has already been dispatched, a visit fee may apply.
• AMC contracts may be cancelled as per the terms of the individual contract.

You agree not to:

• Use our website for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems
• Scrape, crawl, or mine data from this website without consent

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

We may revise these terms at any time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
