Is there a joining fee or monthly subscription?

No. Becoming a Rai Computer partner is free. There's no joining fee, no monthly subscription, and no software licensing cost. We only take a small share of jobs we route or products we help you sell.

How do you decide which partner gets a job?

Job routing is based on three things: proximity to the customer, relevant expertise (we tag your skills during onboarding), and partner rating from past jobs. Active, high-rated partners in the zone get first dibs.

Can I decline jobs I don't want?

Yes, absolutely. You see every incoming job in your dashboard with full scope, customer location, and expected payout. Accept or skip — no penalty for skipping. Consistent skipping in an area just means we route elsewhere.

When and how do I get paid?

Customer pays us upfront when they book. Once the job is marked complete and the customer confirms, your share is transferred to your registered bank account within 7 days. You never chase customers for payment.

Do I need GST registration to partner?

Not required for individual engineers and very small partners. For shops and registered businesses, GSTIN is preferred so we can invoice correctly. If you cross ₹20L annual earnings through us, GST registration becomes necessary.

Can I work exclusively in one area?

For low-density zones where you're the only active partner, yes — you effectively get exclusive routing. In denser zones (South Mumbai, Andheri belt), we route by rotation and rating. Exclusivity is earned through consistent delivery.

What if a customer complains about my work?

We have a support team that handles first-line complaints and tries to resolve them. If it's a genuine quality issue, we ask you to redo or refund — we absorb the cost on small jobs to protect the relationship. Repeated complaints affect your rating and routing.

Can I use the billing and quotation tools without being a partner?

No. The free billing software, quotation builder, and marketplace listings are partner-only benefits. You get access the moment your partner agreement is signed.

Can I use Rai Computer's brand on my shop or visiting card?

Active partners get a co-branding kit — an "Authorised Partner" badge, poster for shop windows, email signature, and approved Rai Computer logo usage. Terms are spelled out in the partner agreement.

What types of jobs do you typically route?

All PC, laptop, and server hardware — repairs, upgrades, new installations, AMC visits, data recovery, networking setups, Tally / POS / accounting software installs, and specialized parts sourcing. If it's computing-adjacent, we probably route it.
